It opens the full conversion action overview directly. You no longer need to click View all conversion actions to get there.
What you see in it:
Whether an action is included in account level goals
Click-through windows
Primary or secondary status
Columns like repeat rate and last seen
Before, the Summary page only showed conversion categories, not this detailed action view.
It has been rolled out to quite a few accounts so far, not all of them.
