It opens the conversion action overview directly. You no longer have to click "View all conversion actions" from the Summary page, which only showed conversion categories.

Whether an action is included in account level goals
Click-through windows
Primary or secondary status
Columns like repeat rate and last seen
It is rolling out to quite a few accounts already. No word yet on full availability.
