Google Ads API 26.1 lets you prioritize ad networks and cap secondary spend.

It is a minor release. The main changes:

Budgets can rank Google-owned properties, Search Partners and the Display Network in two tiers, with optional spending caps on the second tier. Account-level defaults can apply across campaign budgets.
Performance Max campaigns can exclude household income ranges through a negative campaign criterion.
Promotion assets can carry details of an external partner's redemption system, like the partner's promotion ID and the code type.
A new Local Services eligibility check tells you whether an account and Business Profile listing qualify.
Vertical ads get new reporting segments, like user rating, venue, price tier and listing region.

For agencies: if you run API scripts or tools, check the release notes for the fields you rely on.
