Pride is the enemy of learning

The moment we believe we already know enough, growth quietly stops.

Learning requires something uncomfortable:

👉 admitting we don’t have all the answers
👉 listening more than speaking
👉 accepting feedback without defensiveness
👉 being willing to be wrong

The most successful professionals I’ve met aren’t the ones who know everything, they’re the ones who stay curious, ask questions, and remain teachable regardless of experience or title.
