Google has announced a partnership with DocMorris, a major European online pharmacy, to develop a more personalized digital healthcare experience using artificial intelligence.
The collaboration focuses on creating a digital health companion that can support users throughout their healthcare journey, from identifying symptoms to managing and redeeming electronic prescriptions.
Conversational AI will also be used to make the online pharmacy experience more intuitive and tailored for DocMorris’ 11 million active customers.
As part of the initiative, DocMorris is migrating its infrastructure to Google Cloud.
This is intended to ensure that personal health data is processed securely within EU-based data centers while allowing the company to retain control over its data and meet strict privacy and security standards.
