On its latest earnings call, Airbnb shared an interesting early signal: traffic coming from AI chatbots is converting at a higher rate than traffic from traditional Google search.
CEO Brian Chesky noted that while chatbot traffic volume hasn’t been quantified, the visitors arriving via AI assistants appear to be further along in the booking journey.
