A follower asked this last week.
Turns out, it wasn’t the tracking, it was the count setting.
Here’s what happened:
Someone filled out the contact form 3 times.
Same person. Same click.
But their conversions showed 3.
Why?
Because the setting was on “Every”, great for purchases, not for leads/forms.
“Every” = count every action
“One” = count once per click
