Consent mode Microsoft
Microsoft is rolling out policy enforcement in a phased approach, with full enforcement taking effect on May 5th, 2025.
Not installing consent mode will affect your advertising performance by preventing retargeting and conversion measurement for site visits coming from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland!
I use Cookiebot Web CMP by Usercentrics, myself for consent mode in Microsoft and I also have made a video on how to implement this. You can watch that video here.

Regional Update
In March 2025, the language referring to ad suspension in Russia amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine will be relocated from the notification bars atop the Inappropriate content and Google Ads policies pages to the Other restricted businesses page, in a section titled “Regional Restrictions”.
