Claude now uses a shared memory across chat and Cowork, carrying relevant context between them. Users can view, edit, or delete remembered topics in Settings, and sensitive information is only remembered if explicitly enabled. Memory is on by default for Free, Pro, and Max, while Team and Enterprise admins control access.
