Dario Zannoni tweeted that in Google Ads Manager it is now possible to create Custom Columns and assign them to Manager Accounts.
These columns are automatically shared with all sub-accounts, so there’s no need to recreate them!

It looks like Google is testing images only for Local Ads! The normal organic listings don’t have a picture(source).
New in Google Ads lead form segment
Today I read the post from Victor Sellés Guillemat where he told that there is a new lead form segment!
So, of course, I checked the audience manager in Google Ads and he is right there is a new lead form segment!
I only saw this change for accounts that have a lead form.
Google & dangerous products
Google will update the policy for dangerous products. With this change, they will disallow and prohibit ads that sell products with a concentration of 10% + sodium nitrite.
