Only 32% in The Netherlands bought a product right away.
For some other Nordic countries, it is lower.
Make sure you test retargeting and have different ad formats.
My tip for remarketing?
Use Dynamic remarketing if you are in E-com.
And check if you track your productId so that you can show the product that somebody visited.
Exclude buyers and do not use Optimized targeting!
