Just talked with Alfred Simon two weeks ago.
He told me that it’s best to make the cookie banner as prominent as possible.
And he is right. You should make it as prominent.
Why?
It’s simple.
If you do not interact with the cookie banner there will be no data collected.
This is because the default state of the marketing cookies must be set to denied.
So make sure the cookie banner is visible!
