One thing I underestimated is the impact of personal posts on LinkedIn.
I started posting a bit more about myself a few weeks ago and those posts are getting good traction.
Why I did not start posting about myself earlier?
Because I did not feel comfortable to show more about myself.
That’s why I started posting news items in the beginning
Just because it felt like an easy way to create posts.
From now on I will try to post a personal story 1 time a week.
My tip for other creators:
If you are posting all the time about news or learnings.
Try to write a post about a personal lesson or story.
I think that can create a better relationship with your followers.
And they can also learn from those lessons.
