– FTX claims it paid millions for marketing services that were subpar or never delivered
– One $14.8M payment was for a consultant search that allegedly never happened
– Patel is also accused of inflating service rates by up to 12x
– Meanwhile, he appears to be using SEO to bury news of this lawsuit in search results
