Just had a call yesterday with Luc Nugteren! And I asked him why do you specify the manual parameters for remarketing?
He told me that he only does this if the ID parameter is not inside the event items.
So if you have watched my video about remarketing make sure the ID is inside the items and otherwise add the id manually.
