– 76% of consumers “regularly” read online reviews when browsing for local businesses
– 87% of consumers used Google to evaluate local businesses in 2022, in 2021 this was 81%
– Google is the most trusted review platform
– 26% of consumers were asked to leave a business review in exchange for a discount in 2022, in 2021 this was 15%
