So when I started as a freelancer almost 5 years ago I had two clients where I could live from.
For almost 2 years I just relied on those two clients. And then during Corona 1 client fell away and I only had one client left…
I knew I needed to get some clients but was too insecure to speak out and did not really like sales.
I created a plan to gain more confidence. This plan was simple I need to learn more. I started reading everything about SEA and SEO(every day for hours).
After a few months, I gained some confidence and I told myself it was time for the next step.
I had worked at a company before where I worked on building LinkedIn accounts, content creation and I even did some outreach.
I always knew this was something I should do again but then for myself.
Luckily for me, I had enough confidence this time so I made an agreement with myself.
I’m going to create one piece of content every day for 1 year.
If this method did not work I was ready to work for a boss again.
On 1 January 2021, I started this journey and I could not been happier with the progress.
Of course, In the beginning, I had to ask my family to like my content but after a few months, I started to gain some traction, and the first leads came in.
After that lead, I got more and more questions and I started to make better content pieces.
Later on, I even made a newsletter and now I’m on the top 100 list of PPC’ers and fully booked.
