For people who do not know if they need to select this option.
The IAB Transparency and Consent framework is normally used when your website is displaying ads from the IAB vendor list: https://lnkd.in/eDZQZ4yZ
When you select this option you get the chance to see the partners in Ad settings.
If you make use of a CMP it is really easy to implement this.
